These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services provided by TaybleOne. By subscribing to or using the platform, the restaurant owner, business entity, staff members, or authorized representatives agree to comply with these terms.

1. Nature of Service

TaybleOne is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that provides restaurant menu management, QR menu solutions, digital menu card design, waiter management, and order handling support systems.

The platform is licensed on a subscription basis only. No ownership rights, source code rights, or intellectual property rights of the software are transferred to the restaurant or its representatives.

2. Subscription and Renewal

  1. The platform operates on a paid subscription model on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  2. Subscription charges must be paid within two (2) days from the renewal due date.
  3. Failure to renew within the prescribed period may result in:
    • temporary suspension of the account,
    • restricted access to services,
    • deletion or freezing of certain operational features,
    • termination of access in repeated default cases.
  4. TaybleOne reserves the right to revise pricing, plans, or service structures at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Restaurant Content and Responsibility

  1. All menu items, dish names, pricing, descriptions, food categories, ingredients, and uploaded images are solely provided and controlled by the restaurant owner.
  2. By uploading content to the platform, the restaurant confirms that:
    • it owns or has lawful permission to use such content,
    • the content does not violate any intellectual property rights,
    • the information provided is accurate and lawful.
  3. TaybleOne shall not be liable for:
    • inaccurate menu information,
    • incorrect pricing,
    • misleading descriptions,
    • copyright violations in uploaded images or content,
    • outdated menu details.
  4. Updating menu prices, availability, taxes, descriptions, and related information shall remain the sole responsibility of the restaurant.

4. Menu Card and Table Design Services

  1. TaybleOne may design digital or printed menu cards, QR displays, table identifiers, or related branding material.
  2. TaybleOne shall only provide design and formatting services.
  3. All dish details, menu entries, prices, item descriptions, and food-related information shall be added, reviewed, and approved by the restaurant owner only.
  4. Any mistake, omission, or incorrect information arising from restaurant-provided content shall remain the responsibility of the restaurant.

5. Restaurant Operations Liability

  1. TaybleOne is only a technology platform and does not manage restaurant operations.
  2. The restaurant remains solely responsible for:
    • food quality,
    • customer service,
    • order preparation,
    • hygiene,
    • employee conduct,
    • delivery services,
    • refunds,
    • delays,
    • cancellations,
    • legal compliance.
  3. TaybleOne shall not be liable for any deficiency in service, customer dissatisfaction, misconduct, negligence, fraud, or unlawful activities committed by the restaurant or its staff.

6. Employee and Waiter Management

  1. Restaurants using waiter or staff management features must ensure that only authorized personnel are provided access.
  2. Upon resignation, termination, suspension, or removal of any employee, the restaurant must immediately delete or deactivate the employee profile.
  3. TaybleOne shall not be liable for:
    • misuse of staff accounts,
    • unauthorized access,
    • misuse of waiter profiles,
    • actions performed through undeleted accounts.
  4. TaybleOne reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any employee account if customer complaints, abuse, fraud, misconduct, or suspicious activity is reported.

7. Misuse of Platform

  1. Any misuse of subscription plans, including but not limited to:
    • using one subscription for multiple branches,
    • unauthorized reselling,
    • sharing login credentials,
    • unauthorized duplication of services,
    • misuse of QR systems,
    may result in:
    • penalties,
    • suspension,
    • permanent ban,
    • legal action,
    • additional charges.
  2. TaybleOne reserves absolute discretion in determining misuse or fraudulent activity.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

  1. Except for menu item names, restaurant-uploaded images, and restaurant-owned content, all software systems, interface designs, features, branding elements, layouts, databases, QR systems, operational structures, graphics, and related intellectual property are exclusively owned by TaybleOne.
  2. Restaurants shall not:
    • copy,
    • reverse engineer,
    • replicate,
    • distribute,
    • commercially exploit,
    • modify,
    • resell,
    • misuse
    any part of the platform without prior written consent.

9. Prohibited Content

Restaurants shall not upload, publish, or circulate:

  • false information,
  • spam content,
  • offensive material,
  • illegal content,
  • misleading advertisements,
  • copyrighted material without permission,
  • obscene or defamatory material.

Any such content may be immediately removed without notice and may lead to suspension or permanent banning of the account.

10. Internet and Technical Requirements

  1. The restaurant is responsible for maintaining proper:
    • internet connectivity,
    • compatible devices,
    • hardware systems,
    • operational environment.
  2. TaybleOne shall not be liable for interruptions, order failures, delays, or losses caused due to:
    • poor internet connectivity,
    • power outages,
    • third-party network failures,
    • device malfunction,
    • improper system usage.

11. Service Availability

While TaybleOne strives to maintain uninterrupted services, temporary interruptions, maintenance activities, upgrades, technical issues, operational requirements, or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect platform availability.

The restaurant agrees to reasonably cooperate during such periods, and TaybleOne shall not be held liable for temporary downtime, data latency, maintenance interruptions, or service unavailability beyond reasonable control.

12. Accuracy of Information

The restaurant must provide accurate, updated, and complete information to TaybleOne for proper support, issue resolution, verification, and operational assistance.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in suspension or termination of services.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, TaybleOne shall not be liable for:

  • loss of profits,
  • business interruption,
  • customer disputes,
  • reputational losses,
  • indirect damages,
  • employee misconduct,
  • operational failures,
  • food-related issues,
  • payment disputes,
  • third-party claims.

Use of the platform remains at the restaurant’s own risk.

14. Termination

TaybleOne reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if:

  • these terms are violated,
  • payment defaults occur,
  • fraudulent activities are detected,
  • misuse of services is identified,
  • unlawful conduct is reported.

Termination shall not waive any pending payment obligations or legal remedies available to TaybleOne.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

16. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, subscribing to, or using the TaybleOne platform, the restaurant acknowledges that it has read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
